We kindly ask that guests arrive no earlier than 4 PM. This gives us enough time to complete cleaning and freshen rooms.

CHILDREN:
We welcome your family and children but given the historic nature of the building and the delicate interior of our property The Peerless Hotel is not suitable for children under 8 years of age.
PETS:
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the Peerless Hotel.
Given the historic nature of the building, sound travels and as such we kindly ask that guests observe a quiet time from the hours of 10 PM to 8 AM.
DAMAGE / LOSS:
Our properties are fully inventoried, before and after your stay, to insure you receive the best possible experience and amenities. Guest agrees to pay fees, up to and including a reasonable replacement value, for any damaged or missing items as reported by housekeeping or the management company.
NON-SMOKING POLICY:
To protect and enhance the historic nature of the building and our guest's experience, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and in the courtyard. This includes vaping and marijuana usage.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
Reserving guest agrees to limit the number of guests indicated to the number of guests agreed to in the reservation. Should the reserving guest bring additional guests without permission of the property manager, the primary guest agrees to pay the related fees of $25 for each additional guest, per day.
